Window Cleaning Team Lead/Supervisor
About the position
As a full-time General Labourer Team Lead, you will be tasked with leading a crew of 2-3 people while conducting our company services to existing and prospective customers around York Region and parts of the GTA. You will have an opportunity to work on your leadership, communication, and technical skills, while being the main point of contact for customers and management when on-site. We are focused on promoting personal growth and professional development, and offer a full training and development program to ensure all staff are properly trained and prepared to enter the field.

Key responsibilities
Cleans windows, and cleans, whitens and repairs eavestroughs and downspouts to ensure these are draining properly
Communicating with customers and team members when on-site, to make sure jobs are completed properly, and that everyone remains on the same page
Quotes on jobs, and processes invoices and payments using an app
Schedules new and existing clients using an app
Clocks in and out using an app
Transports equipment and supplies to and from job sites
Loads and unloads truck and ensures that all items are stored securely
Maintains cleanliness of Company vehicles (in/out) each workday
Strives to sell Company services to existing and prospective customers
Listens to customers to ensure thorough understanding of needs and preferences
Attends all mandatory safety meetings
Qualifications and skills
High school diploma or GED
Sales and/or leadership experience considered nice-to-have
Sound knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations, with track record of compliance
Effective communication skills
Ability to safely operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment (not required, but nice-to-have)
Ability to work safely at various heights
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Must have transportation to and from Newmarket and/or East-Gwillimbury (company vehicle provided from job to job)
Experience is appreciated, but not required. Attitude and coachability are considered more important

Your Role:
As a Full-Time Window Cleaning Technician, you'll be cleaning windows and glass surfaces for residential and commercial clients, providing high-quality eavestrough cleaning and repairs, and performing seasonal tasks like Christmas light installation. You’ll also be quoting jobs, scheduling clients, and processing invoices, all while keeping your work area organized and efficient. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a customer-first mindset to ensure that our clients are happy with every service provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean windows and eavestroughs, and install and repair eavestrough systems
Install eavestrough guards and Christmas/Holiday lights
Create quotes, process invoices and payments via an app
Schedule client appointments and follow up with potential leads
Transport and maintain equipment (ensuring vehicle cleanliness daily)
Provide excellent customer service while actively promoting our services
Adhere to health and safety regulations and attend safety meetings
Keep a positive, calm demeanor while working under pressure
Qualifications and Skills:
High School diploma or GED
Knowledge of industry health & safety standards
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work safely at heights using aerial lifts and scaffolding
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Reliable transportation to and from Mount Albert (company vehicle provided during job travel)
Must be able to lift and handle equipment and tools safely
